Since we talked about my current mess of a kitchen yesterday, I thought it only appropriate that our Room of the Week be of the more inspirational variety …
I love how this kitchen is all grey with the brass hardware, and that the only touches of wood and black are in the breakfast nook. We’re doing something similar in ours (or at least I’m envisioning it that way in my head!). It gives this small space such an airy feel, don’t you think? And bonus points for that herringbone tiled floor!
Such a dreamy cooking area, no? This room isn’t huge by any means, but it’s certainly making up for it in function and fashion.
The table does feel a hint too industrial for me in this chic space, but a little contrast never hurt. I do like the warm wood being brought in here though – what do you think? This gets me waaaaaaay too excited to see our own kitchen come together!!
