I have a new obsession you guys. ATTICS. Remodeled attics to be exact.

See, the home I’m moving into with my boyfriend has one that is completely unfinished… and ripe for dreaming! Someday (if all goes well and I still live there in another year), we’d love to renovate it and make it our master bedroom and bath.  So naturally, I’ve already started pinning inspiration. But nothing has made me so enamoured with the idea of an attic bath as this insanely stunning remodel from designer Tamara Kaye Honey

While our ceilings are definitely not that high, we do have the width, and potential for some larger windows and great natural light. But what I love about this space is how much of it is dedicated to the bath. And of course the plethora of white and brass with touches of wood. My most favorite combination.

THAT HARDWARE.

Using the dormer for the shower is also an amazing idea. I’d pretty much lock the door to this space and never leave. I also think the subtle storage is fantastic. And where’s the master bedroom? Oh just tucked over here.

Think I can convince my boyfriend to flip flop our attic plans and make the bathroom the majority of the space? Yeah… me neither. But a girl can dream.
