Filled with light and a highly eclectic mix of vintage and antique finds, this Soho loft belonging to designer Katie Leede perfectly showcases how old can feel fresh, given the right space.
There are so many beautiful details in each little sitting area, but what might be more impressive than the items themselves is the way that Leede has pulled them all together in one large open space. 
This main seating space with its beautiful textiles and those stunning lamps (hello, lampshade DIY inspo!) is my favorite in the room. I’ve always loved how tall round tables feel as side tables – you can fill them with so many treasures! I also love her use of pillars for plants all around the house. 
To one side of the room sits the dining area. While it fits right in with the living room, it still seems to possess its own look – a little more vintage and industrial? I’m obsessed with the mirror here too, as I’ve been hunting for something similar. The stacked blue and white china is the epitome of this home: rather than placed in a stuffy display case, it’s casual open shelving is the perfect balance to this old collection.
To the left of the main ‘living room’ is another seating area that feels perfect for sipping cocktails and entertaining guests…
I am absolutely obsessed with these low wingback chairs. Their petite scale and contrasted fabric are to-die-for! And, just as is the case with the dining room, this space still has its own vibe while keeping with the style of the entire room. Creating so many different areas within one room like this is no small feat! I remember what a challenge it was for me when I lived in my own loft. But when it came together, it felt SO GOOD!
