While we’re on the subject of being grateful for things… let’s talk about the fact that today I’m hopping a flight to Barcelona where I’ll take off on a week long Princess Cruise around the Mediterranean! HELLO! I’m so excited about this for about 20 reasons, the biggest of which is… I’ve never actually been on a cruise before. Have you?
The second of which is that I get to check a new country off my list – SPAIN! Any tips on what I should do with an extra day in Barcelona? From there we head to Cartagena and then – this beautiful place – Marbella! It looks heavenly. After that? A day at sea, before hitting Marseilles, Genoa, Florence, and Rome. And yes, I’ll be taking an extra day in Rome too, so your suggestions are welcome there as well!
With my last few trips being a bit more down to earth as far as packing goes, and us having found the perfect wireless travel router on our last trip, I loved having an excuse to fill my suitcase with some fun and frills this time around. If I had had the time (and budget!) to do a little more shopping before my departure, here’s what would have been in my dream suitcase…
