In February I’ll be returning to Morocco for the second year to be a speaker at this workshop which you may remember me blogging about some time ago. The first time I went, it was a bit last-minute, so I didn’t prepare any other travel plans around the trip – just a quick week in Marrakech. But this year, I’m hoping to travel a bit after the workshop is over and I’ve been constantly seeking inspiration for unique destinations…
I have to admit that Poland has not been on the top of my list for travel, but after seeing this beautifully designed boutique hotel in Warsaw, my interest has been piqued!
I love hotels where each room is different, and this bedroom happens to be my favorite – no surprise there. It’s simplicity, white palette, gorgeous herringbone wood floors and copper details are all right up my design alley.
Such a creative use of space with that little vanity bein squeeze into that corner, no? And of course, mirrors to expand the tiny bath.
Of course, if you prefer something less bright…
There are a few other bedroom options, all of which are gorgeous.
What makes the hotel even more special is the fact that it was created and is managed by local Warsaw designers and authors who wanted to create a space to showcase Polish hospitality along with culture and art in a way that reflects a more modern point of view of of the city.
Have any of you been to Poland? Any experiences you could share about this country? I’m quite intrigued, and love this hotel concept as well!
