Project Overview

This historical home in Seattle was already steeped in character before our clients moved in and embarked upon renovations and decorating that would enhance the home’s natural charm. A busy family of five, each space needed to feel as functional as it did beautiful and calming. Along with Interior Designer Sara Knowles, we helped bring this old home new life.

While Sara made larger decisions on furniture, paint, and layout, I helped to select final materials in the renovated spaces, along with custom finishing touches like drapery and pillows. My expertise was brought in at the end of the project to style the abundance of shelving throughout the home by adding one-of-a-kind objects, art and more.

Natural textures, aged accents, and artisan quality were a big focus for this home. We sourced beautifully handmade dishes, vintage silver and antique vessels for the kitchen. In the dining room, we sourced a vintage rug to anchor the large table and styled the console for easy entertaining.
